Luis is the founder of Park Block and leads every engagement personally. He brings more than 15 years of experience building and scaling consumer brands and holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. His career runs through global agencies such as DDB Latina and Universal McCann and into Cervecera de Puerto Rico, where he was Senior Brand Manager for Medalla Light. His marketing work has been recognized with Cannes Lions and Effie awards.

Miguel brings more than 12 years of experience building and scaling consumer brands. He founded three of them, LIT, After and Seeds, and took each from launch to multinational distribution across Colombia, Panama, Peru, Honduras, Ecuador and Puerto Rico. His expertise covers launch strategy, supply chain, retail negotiation and export, from product formulation to complex distribution models. He holds a degree in business administration and marketing from EAFIT, with academic training at Universidad Camilo José Cela in Madrid and Babson College.
